As a Complementary Therapist, it is vital for me to gather necessary health details and contact information from my clients to provide thorough and effective treatment. Rest assured, any information you share with me will be safeguarded with the highest level of privacy and respect. Your personal data will never be disclosed to any third party without your explicit consent, except in circumstances where there is a safeguarding concern involving a child or vulnerable adult at risk of harm, in which case, information may be shared with relevant safeguarding agencies.

Communication from clients is received via email, text messages, my website, Facebook Messenger, other social networking platforms, directly from clients, or through their medical practitioners with explicit permission from the client. Both my laptop and smartphone are password-protected. Paper records are securely stored in a locked cabinet for a minimum of seven years. Information will only be shared with others at the explicit request of the client.

You are welcome to request a copy of your data or treatment records at any time. Information will be reviewed regularly and securely destroyed when no longer required. Should you wish not to receive further communication from Sonnagh Hills Holistics, please let us know, and your contact information will be promptly removed.


Cancellations & Late Arrivals Policy

Appointments are scheduled at a mutually convenient time. If you need to cancel, please provide at least 48 hours notice to avoid any charges. Giving more notice allows us to offer the appointment slot to someone else. Your prompt attendance is highly valued. If you arrive late, please note that your session may be shortened to respect the next client's booking. Frequent last-minute cancellations may require advance payment for future appointments. Clients who do not show up will need to pay in full before booking another session.


Payments & Cancellation Policy

You can make payments via Revolut, bank transfer, voucher purchases, or cash. Please bring the exact amount if paying by cash, as no change is available on the premises.

Customers may be eligible to claim health expenses for their Reflexology sessions. Please check with your private health insurance provider to see if Reflexology is included in your policy. A detailed receipt will be provided upon request.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking for all treatments. The remaining balance may be paid on the day of your therapy.

If you fail to attend your appointment, your deposit will not be refunded.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, the deposit will not be refunded.
